Medical Acupuncture (Dry Needling)

Medical Acupuncture otherwise known as Dry Needling is the modern term used for the ancient Chinese practice of traditional acupuncture. In summary, this therapeutic treatment involves the insertion of fine needles in order to enhance tissue healing, provide pain relief and decrease tension. As a result, Medical Acupuncture is frequently used as a form of alternative medicine by specialists such as Doctors, Consultants as well as Physiotherapists.
